The legendary Stones Throw Records will be showcasing two of their most influential artists “Knxwledge” and “Mndsgn” at “MIDNIGHT EAST” (Spotify O-EAST) in Shibuya on Saturday, June 7!
Fresh off a Grammy win as one half of NxWorries (alongside Anderson .Paak), hip-hop beatmaker Knxwledge! And one of LA’s most versatile artists, Mndsgn, who seamlessly blends beatmaking with keys and vocals!
With an exclusive collaboration with Carhartt WIP also in the works, this will be a truly special night!
Knxwledge, a defining figure of LA’s current scene, carries the legacy of Madlib and J Dilla in his hip-hop beatmaking. He has crafted beats for the likes of Kendrick Lamar, Joey Bada$$, and Earl Sweatshirt. And Mndsgn, who is at the forefront of the LA beat scene, blending hip-hop with disco, R&B, and other eclectic elements creating a signature sound.
Expect an exclusive showcase of new material from these two trailblazing artists. Plus, more top-tier domestic artists will be announced soon.

Knxwledge （NxWorries | Stones Throw | Los Angeles）
ロサンゼルスを拠点に活動するヒップホップのビートメイカー兼プロデューサー、Knxwledge（ノレッジ）。これまでに、ソロアルバム『Hud Dreems』（2015年）と『1988』（2020年）をアメリカ西海岸を代表する音楽レーベル〈Stones Throw〉からリリース。また、アンダーソン・パーク（Anderson .Paak）とのデュオNxWorries（ノーウォーリーズ）として、『Yes Lawd!』（2016年）と『Why Lawd?』（2024年）の2枚のアルバムを発表している。特に2作目の『Why Lawd?』は、2025年2月の米グラミー賞において最優秀プログレッシブR&Bアルバム部門を受賞し、高い評価を得た。
