Fool’s Gold主宰A-Trak 7年ぶりの東京公演のフルラインナップが決定！
DJ SHINTARO、MARZY、JOMMY、ryota、HIMAWARIら出演
3月15日（土）に、渋谷最大級のライブハウスSpotify O-EASTとDJバー東間屋で送るクラブナイトシリーズMIDNIGHT EASTにて開催するA-Trak東京公演のフルラインナップが決定した。
Danny Brown、Kid Cudi、Duck Sauceを輩出した最重要レーベルFool’s Goldを主宰し、ストリートとフロアを熱狂させ続けるカリスマ・A-Trakの7年ぶりの東京ギグとなる今回。メインフロアにてA-Trakと共演するのは、2013年のRed Bull Thre3Style世界チャンピオンとして世界に名を馳せ、2023年にはゆるふわギャングやOzworldらを客演に迎えたDJ CHARIとの共作EP「INNER WORLD」で話題を呼んだDJ SHINTARO。90年代以降のクラブミュージックをリアルタイムに体験し、ハイセンスな音楽性、ファッション、アートの感覚を磨き上げ、多彩なカルチャーに精通し多方面で活動中のJOMMY。クリエイティブチームPROPERPEDIGREEやAwich、kZmが所属するコレクティブYENTOWNのメンバーとして活動するMARZY。そして大阪発のDJコレクティブFULLHOUSEのオーガナイザーであるryotaの4人だ。また、O-EASTメインフロアの大型LEDスクリーンを使用し、3DCGを用いたVR/AR/映像表現を行う映像作家/グラフィックデザイナーのJACKSON kakiがVJを担当する。
東間屋フロアでは、原宿のセレクトショップCANNABISのオーナーでありテクノパーティーHALOGENの共同主催者であるHIMAWARIをはじめ、Aile The Shota、ゴスペラーズ、SIRUP、倖田來未、鎮座DOPENESSなど様々なアーティストへ楽曲・REMIXを提供するほか、ショー音楽や劇伴音楽も担当するなど、幅広く活動中するSam is Ohm、共にファッションデザイナーとしても活躍するececとIori YamakiからなるデュオADHD、ファッションスタイリストとしての顔も持ち合わせ、独自の世界観を表現するastがプレイする。
MIDNIGHT EAST is happy to announce that we complete the line up for A-Trak’s Tokyo show on 15th March, Saturday.
As previously announced, it’s going to be the first Tokyo gig in seven years for the charismatic A-Trak, who runs NY’s estimated imprint Fool’s Gold that has produced Danny Brown, Kid Cudi and Duck Sauce, and continues to make the streets and dancefloors excited. At the main floor, A-Trak will be joined by DJ SHINTARO, who made a name for himself as the 2013 Red Bull Thre3Style World Champion and made a splash with his 2023 EP ‘INNER WORLD’ with DJ CHARI, which featured guest appearances by Yurufuwa Gang and Ozworld. Also, the multi-talented JOMMY, who has been witness to club music since ‘90s and honed his taste in music, fashion and art; MARZY, a member of the creative team PROPERPEDIGREE, and the music collective YENTOWN (of which Awich and kZm are also members); ryota from the Osaka-based Dj collective FULLHOUSE, will be on the decks. In addition, JACKSON kaki, an artist/creator who is known for his multi-media works such as VR/AR/MR using 3DCG, will be VJing on O-EAST’s iconic huge LED screen.
Meanwhile, Azumaya will feature HIMAWARI, the owner of Harajuku’s popular boutique CANNABIS and the co-organiser of techno party HALOGEN, as well as Sam is Ohm who’s known for his works with Aile The Shota, Gospellers, SIRUP, Kumi Koda, Chinza DOPENESS and also produces music for fashion shows or films. Also a creative duo ADHD of ecec and Iori Yamaki who both are also fashion designers, and lastly, the Tokyo-based young DJ/stylist ast who has a unique style will play.

A-Trak, a.k.a. Alain Macklovitch, is the quintessential cultural connector. His 25-year career has seen him take turns as an internationally renowned DJ, World Champion turntablist, founder of New York’s celebrated Fool’s Gold Records, documentary filmmaker, and half of the Grammy nominated duo Duck Sauce as well as The Brothers Macklovitch (with his brother Dave 1 of Chromeo). He continues to reshape the very role of the DJ as tastemaker and storyteller.
A-Trakとして知られるAlain Macklovitchは、カルチャーコネクターの真髄そのもののような存在だ。25年のキャリアの中で、彼は世界的なDJとしてのほか、世界チャンピオンのターンテーブリスト、ニューヨークの重要レーベルFool’s Gold Recordsの創設者、ドキュメンタリー映画監督、グラミー賞ノミネートデュオDuck SauceとThe Brothers Macklovitch（ChromeoのDave 1との兄弟ユニット）のメンバーとして活躍してきた。A-Trakは、テイストメーカーとして、そしてストーリーテラーとしてのDJの役割を再定義し続けている。
ryota
20歳で音楽の道を歩み始め、グライムやドラムンベースに影響を受けた。この初期の経験が、ジャンルを超えた音楽に対する深い理解と独自の感性を育む基盤となった。スキルを磨き上げ、没入感のある忘れられない音楽体験を生み出すDJとしての地位を確立した。
2019年9月、DJコレクティブ「FULLHOUSE」を結成し、シーンに鮮烈なデビューを果たす。以降、国際的アーティストを積極的に招致しながら、カリスマ的なセットでオーディエンスを魅了してきた。特に、2022年10月にYung Singhを招いた際の共演をきっかけに、彼からの支持を受け続けるなど、国内外で注目を集めている。
JOMMY
90年代以降のクラブ・ミュージックをリアルタイムに体験し、ハイセンスな音楽性、ファッシ
ョン、アートの感覚を磨き上げ、多彩なカルチャーに精通し多方面で活動中。
DJ DARUMA&JOMMYとして、2019年にローンチしたEDGE HOUSEのレジデントを務めるほか、ソロとしてもアンダーグラウンドシーンまで勢力的に活動。時代ごとにアップデートさせ、様々なパーティでバリエーション豊富なサウンドをプレイ。
ミニマルな展開と深いグルーヴでオーディエンスを陶酔させるプレイが特徴で、ハウス、テクノ、さらにUKGまでも操る。
また、2021年にはLDHのクリエイティブチームPKCZにカルチャーの側面をサポートする為に加入。
同年、本格的に楽曲プロデュースをスタート。これまで培ったハウス、ディスコ、ソウル、ヒップホップを取り入れた多彩なトラックは注目を浴び、これまで(REMIXを含め)8曲をリリース。
「Hot Girl feat. JP THE WAVY」は、人気ラッパーのJP THE WAVYをフューチャー、HIP-HOPシーンでも大きな話題となった。
DJにおいてもリリースにおいてもディレクションにおいても、積極的にアップライジングなアーティスト、最先端のサウンドを常に牽引し続け、自身もアップデートし続けている。

現在は秋田県仙北市にある田沢湖を拠点に自然と音楽の新たな取り組みをしている。
DJ Shintaro is a world champion DJ widely acclaimed for incredible turntable skills combined
with the ability to play across genres, captivating audiences numbering in the tens of thousands.
Shintaro’s musical roots go back to his early childhood. At the age of 4, he began playing
Japanese drums and piano, which provided the foundation for his unique sense of musical
rhythm today. At 15, he discovered Hip-Hop and tried his hand at DJing. He came up through
the ranks in several DJ battles, winning three grand prizes at Vestax’s No Tricks DJ Battle
competition. In 2010 Shintaro became No Tricks Japan/Korea Champion at the Seoul World DJ
Festival.
In 2013, Shintaro achieved a milestone in DJ history by becoming the youngest ever RED BULL
Thre3style World Champion. He was also the first ever DJ not from the host country to win, the
first Japanese, and the first Asian to win the competition.
Shintaro not only makes the crowd go wild with his turntable mastery, he keeps the dance floor
moving with energetic charisma combined with a seamless mix of beats across many genres
ranging from Hip-Hop to Trap, Future Bass and R&B.
In 2014, Shintaro performed on the main stage at the Japanese leg of the world’s largest dance
music festival, ULTRA JAPAN. He has also been featured at popular outdoor festivals such as
the Amsterdam-based Encore Festival, and has completed a European tour covering seven
major clubs in Belgium, Germany and Holland. Shintaro has played extensively across Asia,
including appearances in Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Shanghai and Beijing.
In November 2014, after receiving numerous offers from record labels, Shintaro signed on as
the first artist and producer on GMO Internet Group’s globally-focused agency, GMO Culture
Incubation.
In May 2015, his remix with YGSP of Rihanna’s BBHMM won TWRK’s Remix Contest and was
featured on BBC Radio 1’s Diplo & Friends show. The song has received over 560,000 plays on
SoundCloud and over 6million plays on YouTube.
Shintaro’s profile continued to rise as he played alongside artists such as Major Lazer, Ookay,
Kill The Noise, Jauz, Tropkillaz, 4B and MUST DIE!, as well as opening for Steve Aoki’s 2015
Japan Tour in Tokyo.
In December 2015, Shintaro released his first EP, titled Chopper, which premiered on Skrillex’s
NestHQ music site.
In 2016, RL Grime featured Shintaro’s remix of Snappy Jit’s “Rockin’ It” in his Halloween V mix.
Bauuer also played the track as part of his set for the 2016 Coachella Music Festival.
In December 2016, Shintaro & Uki’s Remix of Sak Noel, Salvi and Sean Paul’s European
Moombahton hit “Trumpets” was released on Diplo’s Mad Decent imprint.
In Mat 2017, Shintaro performed at legendary “Low End Theory” and “Space Yacht” in Los
Angeles as part of his mini US tour.
With a busy schedule of tour dates and studio production work, Shintaro is poised and ready to
show the world what he’s all about!
MARZY
アメリカ留学中に影響を受けたベースミュージックやヒップホップに収まらないフレキシブルなミックスと類稀なMCスキルでフロアを盛り上げるDJスタイルを得意とし、YENTOWNにも所属してるいる。

DJ / アーティスト。
3DCGを用いたVR/AR/映像表現を行う。
学部生時代は社会学を専攻し、また自身の音楽活動によって培われた経験が、表象の根幹をなしている。

HIMAWARI
曇りがかかった空中を浮遊するようなミニマルなフィーリングとアブストラクトでポリリズミックなサウンドを織り交ぜるスタイルを持ち味に全国各地に多くのファンを持つカルチャーアイコンである。
原宿キャットストリートの老舗ショップとして知られるCannabisのディレクターとしても活躍しており、東京の音楽シーンとさまざまなカウンターカルチャーから常に支持の厚い女性アーティストである。

DJ / stylist。
2000年生まれ。アーティストcalimellowのバックDJとしてミュージックシーンに参入。
HIPHOPを中心としたスタイルから始まり、ダンスミュージックを織り交ぜたジャンルレスなプレイスタイルであらゆるコミュニティの垣根を超えて活躍の幅を広げている。
一方ではファッションスタイリストとしての顔も持ち合わせ、その独自の世界観と表現は多岐にわたる。
ADHD
スタイリスト、クリエイティブディレクター、Dinoworks c/o Iori Yamakiなど多岐にわたる活動で注目を集めるクリエイターIori Yamakiと、若干21才でUltra Japanにも出演を果たし、その傍らモデルやデザインをマルチにこなす新進気鋭のアーティストececによるクリエイティブデュオ。
