umm edition at Spotify O-EAST 3F／東間屋
Spotify O-EASTとDJバー・東間屋が一体化した渋谷最大規模のナイトクラブ『MIDNIGHT EAST』にて、
新たなイベント「umm edition」が始動する。
韓国からアーティストを招き、エレクトロ・アンビエントといった電子音楽にフォーカスして、
韓国と日本、それぞれのローカルな感性を交感させる。
第一回目となる今回は、韓国ソウルより新鋭電子音楽家 Kim Doeonを招聘。
日本からは、Kim DoeonとレーベルメイトであるWonaのリミックスを手掛けるなど、
国内外問わず絶大なる支持を集める食品まつり a.k.a foodman、新鋭電子音楽家uku kasaiのライブに加え、
FELINE、川辺素、mieuxxx、坂田律子、東京のローカルで活動するアーティスト／DJの出演が決定している。
oneohtrix point never ソウル公演のサポートアクトとして出演を果たすなど、
今最も注目されるアーティストの一人であるKim Doeon。
白昼夢のように美しく幻想的なライブを、是非umm editionで目撃して欲しい。
umm edition
A new party starts at Spotify O-EAST’s 3rd floor and DJ Bar Azumaya, inviting artists
from South Korea and focusing on “electro ambient” music, to have artists from
Korea and Japan exchange local sensibility.
To kick off this series, we will welcome an upcoming electronic music artist Kim
Doeon from Seoul.
Alongside Doeon, Foodman, who has remixed Doeon’s label mate Wona back in
October,and the young electronic producer uku kasai will perform live. Also, Tokyo’s
local DJs FELINE, Kawabe Moto, mieuxxx, Ritsuko Sakata will be on the decks.
Kim Doeon has played as a support act at oneohtrix point never’s Seoul show
recently. Don’t miss his beautiful and surreal live performance like a daydream, at
umm edition.

Kim Doeon
韓国ソウルで活動する電子音楽家。
アンビエントな質感を通じ、フォーク・クラシック・ジャズ・ロックなどの多彩なジャンルの音楽を、文学的な解釈・器楽的な手法で紡ぐ。
電子音楽を介して、リアルと仮想現実、媒体の影響で再び変化する現実の変形を探求している。
ファーストアルバム<Damage>(2022)は、2000年代初頭のエレクトロニカ的郷愁を感じられるシンセサウンドを基盤に、新しく代案的なポップの姿を含んでいる。
김도언은 서울에서 활동하는 전자음악가로 앰비언트 음악의 질감을 매개로하여 포크,클래식,재즈,록등 다양한 음악의장르를 문학적인 서사와 기악적인 문법으로 엮어낸다.
전자음악과 그 기술의 영향 아래에서 실재와 하이퍼-리얼리티,그리고 매체의 영향과 그로 다시금 변해가는 현실의 변형을탐구해오고있다.
그의 첫 정규 앨범〈Damage〉(2022)는 초기 전자 음악의 향수를 느낄 수 있는 신시사이저 사운드를 기반으로 하여,
그만이 제시하는 새롭고 대안적인 팝의 모습을 담고있다.

He weaves together diverse genres such as folk, classical, jazz and rock with literary
and instrumental interpretations, using ambient textures.
Through electronic music, Doeon explores the transformation of the real world,
virtual reality, and a reality that changes again under the influence of the medium.
His first album “Damage” (2022) contains a new, alternative form of pop music,
based on the electronica nostalgic synth sounds of the early 2000s.
食品まつり a.k.a foodman
名古屋出身の電子音楽家。2012年にNYの〈Orange Milk〉よりリリースしたデビ ュー作『Shokuhin』を皮切りに、〈Mad decent〉や〈Palto Flats〉など国内外 の様々なレーベルからリリースを重ね、その後のワールドツアーではUnsound、 Boiler Room、Low End Theoryに出演。
2021年7月にUKのレーベル 〈Hyperdub〉から最新アルバム『Yasuragi land』をリリース。
アルバムは Pitchforkの「The Best Electronic Music of 2021」やMusic Magazine、ele- kingなど国内外のメディアの年間ベストに選ばれた。
2023年11月にUKのレーベル〈Hyperdub〉から最新EP『Uchigawa Tankentai』をリリース。
自身のルーツの一つでもある沖縄を背景に、シカゴ・フットワークからのインスパイアから浮かび上がる特異のサウンドはニューエイジやアンビエントとひも付きながら、様々なスタイルの音楽を生み出している。
ロンドンのラジオ曲〈NTS Radio〉のレジテントも担当。他にBo NingenのTaigen Kawabeとのユ ニット「KISEKI」、中原昌也とのユニット「食中毒センター」、ナカコー (ex.supercar LAMA)、沼澤尚とのセッションユニットとしても活動。

食品まつり a.k.a foodman is an electronic musician hailing from Nagoya.
He began his journey with the debut album 'Shokuhin,' released in 2012 under New York'sOrange Milk label. Since then, he has continued to release music through various
labels both domestically and internationally, including Mad Decent and Palto Flats.
During his subsequent world tours, he has performed at events such as Unsound,
Boiler Room, and Low End Theory.
Drawing inspiration from Chicago footwork, as well as New Age and ambient music, he is actively involved in the realm of new-generation electronic music and avant-garde.
In July 2021, he released his latest album, 'Yasuragi land,' under the UK label
Hyperdub.
The album received critical acclaim and was included in year-end best lists by various media outlets in Japan and abroad, including Pitchfork's 'The Best
Electronic Music of 2021.' In November of this year, he released a new EP,
'Uchigawa Tankentai,' also under Hyperdub.
Foodman has been hosting a show on London’s NTS radio since 2016. He’s also a
member of a couple of units, including KISEKI (with Bo Ningen’s Taigen Kawabe),
Shokuchudoku Center (with Masaya Nakahara) and a session unit with Koji
Nakamura (ex. SUPERCAR, LAMA) & Takashi Numazawa.

1995 年生まれ。
地元である茨城県水戶市にて DJ を始め、現在は東京都内を拠点に活動。
会場の規模感や、特定的なテイストやジャンルに捉われることなく、実に広範にわたり様々なパーティーに名を連ね、稀有な存在感を放っている。
そこに表裏しているのはパーティー に対するピュアな好奇心や、新たな感覚や刺激を模索する姿勢にある。そういった点は DJ スタイルに最もよく現れている。
2010 年代以降のベースミュージック影響下にありつつも、 そのセオリーに収まることはなく、常に、フレッシュな音楽要素が交差するセットを実践。
重厚感と躍動感を兼ね備えて、軽やかに鮮やかにフロアをリードしていく様は、多くの現場 をよく知るからこその感性に満ち溢れている。

2010년대 이후 베이스 음악의 영향을 받았지만, 그 이론에 얽매이지 않고 항상 새로운 음악적 요소가 교차되는 세트를선보이고 있다.
중후함과 역동성을 겸비. 경쾌하고 생동감 있게 플로어를 리드하는 모습은 다양한 현장 경험에서 비롯된그의 감성의 폭을 보여준다.

She started DJing in her hometown Mito, Ibaraki, and is currently based in Tokyo.
Without being bound by specific tastes or genres, she has a rare
presence in a wide range of parties.
What lies behind this is a pure curiosity about parties and an attitude of seeking out new sensations and stimuli. This is also expressed in her sets which are influenced by the bass music of the 2010s and beyond.
However it is never settled on theories, always intersecting her sets with fresh music elements.
The massive and dynamic set, backed up by the senses gained at many sites will lead the floor in a brilliant fashion.

ミツメのボーカル・ギター。2009年より都内で活動開始。
近年はバンドを中心としつつ個人でも様々な形で音楽制作に関わっている。

최근에는 밴드 중심으로 활동하면서, 개인적으로도 다양한 형태의 음악 제작에 관여중이다.

In 2021, mieuxxx had a solo exhibition “UNOWNED '' at LAID BAG and published “Broken Diary”, in which she wrote down her experience in New York during the pandemic. She’s in charge of photographer at various medias such as FNMNL, TOKION, StudioVoice, VOGUE JAPAN and Numero TOKYO to take photos of both domestic and international artists. meuxxx is also a DJ and a rap gourp Yomeiri Land.
